Chemical tanning is in practice an artificial oxidation, usually applied to iron parts that fit so precisely that they cannot tolerate any extra layer thickness on the surface. Tanned parts must remain oily for long-lasting protection.
Hot tanning results in a better quality compared to the cold tanning process.
The process takes place at temperatures of 130-140 °C, resulting in a uniform black surface without any change in the dimensions of the treated workpiece.

We can take individual orders, packages of parts for individuals and mass production for companies.
Parts for surface treatment should only be transported in labelled, stable containers suitable for manual or mechanical handling.
We can only accept workpieces free of oil, grease and paint!
In any case, please ask for our prior quotation for the parts package
