Zinc (galvanizing) is the coating used to protect iron and steel workpieces against corrosion. Depending on their size, shape and characteristics, we carry out galvanizing by hanging or rotating cylinder technique, with white or yellow passivation. Our plant can accept individual orders, packages of parts for private individuals or mass works for companies.

It is important to know that galvanizing is not the same as hot dip galvanizing, where the workpiece is dipped in heated galvanized steel.
Galvanised parts do not require any finishing after surface treatment but can be painted if required.
In our plant, galvanising is carried out by thick film passivation (chromium (III)-containing, chromium (VI)-free thick film passivation, which forms a greenish-reddish iridescent film), providing excellent corrosion protection (salt cell test tolerance: 380 hours)

We can take individual orders, packages of parts for individuals and mass production for companies.
Parts for surface treatment should only be transported in labelled, stable containers suitable for manual or mechanical handling.
We can only accept workpieces free of oil, grease and paint!
In any case, please ask for our prior quotation for the parts package
